Didier Quarroz, Founder DDQZ
You need to know your must-haves, nice-to-haves, and no-gos. The ones that have to ship. The ones worth iterating toward. The ones that would break the brand. The tools are working. The workflows are buildable.
I run DDQZ as a solo practice. When a brief needs more hands, I bring in a network I trust. Retouchers, developers, strategists, producers, photographers, agencies. A single hero image or a multi-season campaign with thousands of images, the method holds: lock the look, run the work in batches, hand the system back. That's one side. The other: I'm always looking for people to work with.
For people in motion, ready to test, willing to discard.
